ABOUT TED

Ted is a leading registered Sport & Exercise Nutritionist (SENr) based in Surrey. He has extensive experience working with a range of athletes and high profile teams, including International and Premier League Football, Olympic runners, Premiership Rugby and a championship winning Formula One team.

​

 With a BSc, MSc and PG Cert in Sports Science and Nutrition, Ted has 9 years of experience working with high performance athletes. He currently works full time as the Lead Performance Nutritionist for a Premier League Football team alongside consultancy roles with Denmark FA (DBU) and a Formula One team. Ted focuses on using nutrition to enhance physical performance.
